Representation of parties
93A Representation of parties
(1) This section applies to a party in a proceeding before the tribunal
relating to a matter under this Act.
(2) The party may be represented by a
lawyer if— (a) the proceeding relates to an application under section 93 ;
or
(b) the proceeding is a public examination.
