QUEENSLAND CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2009 - SECT 10
Generally
10 Generally
(1) The tribunal’s original jurisdiction is— (a) the jurisdiction
conferred on the tribunal by section 11 ; and
(b) the jurisdiction conferred
on the tribunal under an enabling Act to decide a matter in the first
instance.
(2) The tribunal’s original jurisdiction under subsection (1) (b)
includes jurisdiction conferred on the tribunal under an enabling Act to
review a decision of the tribunal made under the enabling Act. Note— See,
for example, the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 , chapter 3 , part 3
, division 2 .
