QUEENSLAND CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2009 - SECT 178

178 Vacancy of office

The office of the president or deputy president becomes vacant if—

(a) the member ceases to be—

(i) for the president—a Supreme Court judge; or

(ii) for the deputy president—a District Court judge; or

(b) the member resigns under section 179 .
