Role of chief executive
209 Role of chief executive
(1) The chief executive’s functions include— (a) managing the
administrative support services relating to the tribunal; and
(b) appointing,
under section 208 , the principal registrar and registrars and other
administrative staff of the registry to help the president to manage the
tribunal’s business.
(2) The chief executive may do all things necessary or
convenient to be done for the performance of the chief executive’s functions
under subsection (1) .
