When appeal jurisdiction exercised
27 When appeal jurisdiction exercised
The tribunal may exercise its appeal jurisdiction if a person has, under this
Act or an enabling Act, appealed to the tribunal against a decision for which
it has appeal jurisdiction.
Note— Part 8 , division 1 provides for how an
appeal is made under this Act and how the tribunal’s appeal jurisdiction is
exercised.
