Inadmissibility of particular evidence
83 Inadmissibility of particular evidence
(1) Evidence of anything said or done during mediation for a proceeding is not
admissible at any stage of the proceeding.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply
to— (a) evidence that all parties to the proceeding have agreed may be
admitted into evidence; or
(b) evidence of anything said or done that is
relevant to a proceeding— (i) for an offence relating to the giving of false
or misleading information; or
(ii) for contempt.
