Queen’s Wharf lease not a retail shop lease
61 Queen’s Wharf lease not a retail shop lease
(1) This section applies to
a Queen’s Wharf lease if the lease is for, or for purposes that include, a
retail shop.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the Queen’s Wharf
lease is not a retail shop lease under the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 .
(3)
In this section—
"retail shop" see the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 , section 5B .
