RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 127
Joint application by contributor and lessor or provider
127 Joint application by contributor and lessor or provider
(1) This section applies if the application is made jointly by the contributor
and— (a) for a rental bond for a residential tenancy agreement—the lessor;
or
(b) for a rental bond for a rooming accommodation agreement—the
provider.
(2) The authority must make each payment as directed by the
application.
