RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 137

137 Payment under tribunal order

(1) This section applies if—

(a) a tribunal makes an order about payment of a rental bond; and

(b) the authority is given a copy of the order.

(2) The authority must pay the rental bond in accordance with the order.
