Guaranteed payment of rental bonds
153 Guaranteed payment of rental bonds
(1) The payment of rental bonds under this Act by the authority is guaranteed
by the Treasurer on behalf of the State.
(2) An amount payable by the
Treasurer under the guarantee is to be paid out of the consolidated fund,
which is appropriated accordingly.
