Tenant’s obligations for facilities in moveable dwelling parks
189 Tenant’s obligations for facilities in moveable dwelling parks
(1) This section applies only to an agreement for moveable dwelling premises
in a moveable dwelling park.
(2) The tenant must not— (a) do anything to a
facility in the park that makes the facility unfit for use or detracts from
its appearance; or
(b) intentionally or negligently damage a facility in the
park.
