RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 202

202 Unlawful entry of premises

The lessor or lessor’s agent, must not enter the premises in contravention of—

(a) the rules of entry; or

(b) if the rules have been changed by a tribunal—the rules of entry as changed.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
