265 Unlawful entry of resident’s room

The provider or provider’s agent, must not enter the resident’s room in contravention of—

(a) the rules of entry; or

(b) if the rules have been changed by a tribunal—the rules of entry as changed.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
