Application of Property Law Act to agreements
27 Application of Property Law Act to agreements
(1) The Property Law Act 1974 does not apply to
residential tenancy agreements.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects the
application of the Property Law Act 1974 to an agreement about a tenancy if
the agreement is not a residential tenancy agreement.
