Notice to remedy lessor’s breach
301 Notice to remedy lessor’s breach
(1) If the tenant believes on reasonable grounds that the lessor has breached
a term of the agreement and the breach has not been remedied, the tenant may
give a notice to the lessor requiring the lessor to remedy the breach within
the allowed remedy period.
(2) This section does not apply to an agreement
for a short tenancy (moveable dwelling). Notes— 1 See section 325 for
