Purporting to terminate agreement in unauthorised way
367 Purporting to terminate agreement in unauthorised way
A person must not purport to terminate a rooming accommodation agreement other
than in a way the agreement may be terminated under this part.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
