Unauthorised dealing with lost property
391 Unauthorised dealing with lost property
The provider or provider’s agent must not dispose of, or otherwise deal
with, the lost property other than under this division, unless the provider or
agent has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty
units.
