Some matters not suitable for conciliation
399 Some matters not suitable for conciliation
(1) The authority may refuse to provide a conciliation service to parties to a
dispute about an agreement if the authority considers the dispute is
unsuitable for conciliation. Example of a dispute that may be unsuitable for
conciliation— a rooming accommodation dispute about the provision of a food
service or a personal care service to the resident under a
rooming accommodation agreement
(2) The authority must publish guidelines
about matters to be taken into account when deciding whether a dispute is
unsuitable for conciliation.
