Action to be taken on dispute resolution request
403 Action to be taken on dispute resolution request
(1) As soon as practicable after receiving a dispute resolution request, the
authority must start a conciliation process for the parties to the dispute.
(2) However, if the authority considers the dispute is not suitable for
conciliation, it may give written notice to the parties that the dispute is
not suitable for conciliation.
