Offence of contravening tribunal order
463 Offence of contravening tribunal order
(1) A person must comply with an order of a tribunal made under this chapter.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) An offence against
subsection (1) is a continuing offence and may be charged in 1 or more
complaints for periods the offence continues. Penalty— Maximum penalty
for each day the offence continues after a conviction against subsection (1)
—5 penalty units.
