Delegation by executive officer
496 Delegation by executive officer
(1) The executive officer may delegate the executive officer’s powers under
this Act to another appropriately qualified officer of the employing office.
(2) In this section—
"appropriately qualified" , for a power, means having qualifications,
experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
