Existing employees of authority
536 Existing employees of authority
(1) An employee of the authority immediately before the commencement continues
as an employee of the authority.
(2) The employee remains entitled to all
existing and accruing rights of employment.
(3) The employee continues to be
appointed under this Act and not under the Public Service Act 2008 .
