"existing database" means a tenancy database under former chapter 9 .
"existing listing" means personal information in an existing database
immediately before the commencement.
"former" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force
immediately before the amendment of the provision under the
Plumbing and Drainage and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 .
"new" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force after the
insertion or amendment of the provision under the
Plumbing and Drainage and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 .
