RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 63
Period lessor or lessor’s agent must keep agreement
63 Period lessor or lessor’s agent must keep agreement
(1) The lessor or lessor’s agent must keep a copy of the agreement prepared
for section 61 for a period of 1 year after the term of agreement ends.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1)
applies whether or not the agreement has been signed by all the parties to the
agreement.
