SUCCESSION ACT 1981 - SECT 61C
Appointment of guardian by will
61C Appointment of guardian by will
(1) A parent or guardian of a child may, by will, appoint a person as a
guardian of the child.
(2) The appointment is of no effect if the appointor
is not a parent or guardian of the child immediately before the appointor’s
death.
