SURROGACY ACT 2010 - SECT 59
Court rules
59 Court rules
(1) The Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 apply in relation to proceedings
under this Act as if the proceedings were proceedings in the District Court.
(2) However, the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 do not apply for a matter
in relation to a proceeding in the Childrens Court that is provided for under
rules of court made under the Childrens Court Act 1992 .
