Recovery of amounts as debt from statutory body
29 Recovery of amounts as debt from statutory body
For a guarantee under a guarantee section, the Treasurer may recover the
recovery amounts as a debt due and owing by the statutory body to the
Treasurer by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
