Application for review of decisions by QCAT
107 Application for review of decisions by QCAT
(1) A person affected by a reviewable decision may apply, as provided under
the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision.
(2) In subsection (1)
—
"reviewable decision" means any of the following decisions of the chief
executive— (a) a decision to grant a licence with a condition or to refuse
to grant a licence;
(b) a decision to renew or restore a licence with a
condition or to refuse to grant the renewal or restoration of the licence;
(c) a decision to suspend or cancel a licence or impose a condition on a
licence;
(d) a decision to refuse to approve a place as an authorised place
for the licensee’s licence, other than a condition imposed as mentioned in
paragraph (a) or (b) ;
(e) a decision to refuse to replace a licence that is
lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged in a way that requires its replacement.
