Holding out place as second-hand dealer’s business
50 Holding out place as second-hand dealer’s business
A person must not hold out a place as being a place where a second-hand dealer
carries on business if the place is not an authorised place for a second-hand
dealer.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
