Pawnbroker must give information to commissioner of police service
55 Pawnbroker must give information to commissioner of police service
A pawnbroker must give the commissioner of the police service the particulars
prescribed under a regulation from the pawnbroker’s property register in the
way, and within a period, prescribed under a regulation.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
