Appointment and qualifications
37 Appointment and qualifications
(1) The Minister or the chief executive of a local government (each of whom is
an
"appointing authority" ) may appoint a person as a graffiti removal officer.
Example— a cleaning contractor or subcontractor
(2) However, the
Minister and a chief executive officer may appoint a person as a graffiti
removal officer only if he or she is satisfied the person is qualified for
appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.
