TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT) ACT 1995 - SECT 55
Pretending to be an authorised officer or accredited person
55 Pretending to be an authorised officer or accredited person
A person must not pretend to be—
(a) an authorised officer; or
(b) an
accredited person.
Penalty— Maximum penalty— (a) for paragraph (a)
—100 penalty units; or
(b) for paragraph (b) —60 penalty units.
