TAFE QUEENSLAND ACT 2013 - SECT 20

20 Resignation

(1) A member may resign by signed notice given to the Minister.

(2) The resignation takes effect—

(a) on the date the notice is given; or

(b) if a later date is stated in the notice—on the later date.
