TAFE QUEENSLAND ACT 2013 - SECT 57K
Amendment of plan
57K Amendment of plan
(1) A dual sector entity may amend its operational plan only with the
Minister’s written agreement.
(2) The Minister’s agreement may be given
subject to conditions.
(3) The Minister may, by notice, direct a dual sector
entity to amend its operational plan.
