TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 159
Representations about show cause notice
(1) The member or land trust may make written representations about the
show cause notice to the Minister during the show cause period.
(2) The
Minister must consider all representations (the
"accepted representations" ) made under subsection (1) .
