Cancellation of deed of grant in trust
43 Cancellation of deed of grant in trust
(1) This section applies if a deed of grant (the
"new deed" ) over the whole or a part of the land comprised in a deed of grant
in trust takes effect under section 40 .
(2) The deed of grant in trust is
cancelled to the extent of the new deed.
