Purpose of pt 6

54 Purpose of pt 6

The purpose of this part is to provide for—

(a) particular Torres Strait Islander land to vest in the State; and
(b) the transfer of Torres Strait Islander land that vests in the State to another entity to hold as Torres Strait Islander land.
