Review of decisions by QCAT
29 Review of decisions by QCAT
(1) This section applies to a person who has been given a QCAT information
notice for a decision on a review under section 28 of a decision mentioned in
schedule 1 .
(2) The person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to
QCAT for a review of the decision.
