186 Definition for sdiv 2

In this subdivision—

"relevant subrogation provision" means—

(a) for an amount paid by the State under the repealed Act†” section 38 (1) or (3) of that Act; or

(b) for an amount paid by the State under the repealed Criminal Code chapter—section 663E(2) or (3) of that chapter.
