VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 2009 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a) sections 127 , 128 , 131 and 138 ;

(b) schedule 3 , definitions
"appropriately qualified" ,
"government assessor" ,
"scheme manager" ,
"the scheme" and
"victims assistance unit" .
