VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 2009 - SECT 31

31 Application of pt 3

This part applies if, for an act of violence, a person is—

(a) a primary victim, witness secondary victim or related victim; and

(b) a person who is entitled to compensation under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
