VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 2009 - SECT 91

91 Notice of decision to refuse assistance

If the government assessor’s decision is to refuse an application for assistance, the government assessor must give the applicant a notice stating the following—

(a) the decision;

(b) the reasons for the decision;
