Conduct of persons resorting to shooting galleries
114 Conduct of persons resorting to shooting galleries
(1) A person resorting to or making use of a shooting gallery must not— (a)
point a firearm otherwise than in the direction of the target area in the
shooting gallery; or
(b) take away a firearm from the shooting gallery; or
(c) interfere with— (i) any other person resorting to or using the shooting
gallery; or
(ii) a firearm at a shooting gallery otherwise than as directed
by any person conducting that gallery or the servant of that person; or
(iii)
any part or equipment of the shooting gallery; or
(d) disobey a direction
given to that person pursuant to section 112 (1) (c) (iii) .
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) (a) , (b) , (c) (i)
and (ii) do not apply to the use of a paint-pellet gun at a shooting gallery
used solely for paint-pellet sports.
