Suspension and ending of appointment of authorised persons
332 Suspension and ending of appointment of authorised persons
(1) The
Regulator may suspend or end the appointment of a person appointed under
section 330 (1) .
(2) A person’s appointment as an authorised person ends
when the person ceases to be eligible for appointment as an authorised person.
