WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 384
WorkCover’s insurance business
384 WorkCover’s insurance business
(1) WorkCover may undertake the
business of— (a) accident insurance; and
(b) other insurance this Act
authorises WorkCover to undertake.
(2) WorkCover may reinsure, on conditions
that it considers appropriate, all or part of any risk accepted by it.
