Disposal of main undertakings
390 Disposal of main undertakings
(1) WorkCover may dispose of any of its
main undertakings only with the prior written approval of the Minister.
(2)
In this section—
"main undertakings" means the undertakings specified as WorkCover’s main
undertakings in WorkCover’s most recent statement of corporate intent.
