WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 411
Quarterly reports
411 Quarterly reports
(1) WorkCover’s board must give to the Minister a
report on the operations of WorkCover for each quarter of a financial year.
(2) A quarterly report must be given to the Minister— (a) within 1 month
after the end of the quarter; or
(b) if another period after the end of the
quarter is agreed between the board and the Minister—within the agreed
period.
(3) A quarterly report must include the information required to be
given in the report by WorkCover’s statement of corporate intent.
