WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 431
Times and places of meetings
431 Times and places of meetings
(1) Meetings of the board are to be held at
the times and places that the board decides.
(2) However, the chairperson—
(a) may at any time convene a meeting; and
(b) must convene a meeting when
asked by at least the required minimum number of directors.
