WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 46
Employer’s legal liability
46 Employer’s legal liability
(1) An employer is legally liable for compensation for injury sustained by a
worker employed by the employer.
(2) This Act does not impose any legal
liability on an employer for damages for injuries sustained by a worker
employed by the employer, though chapter 5 regulates access to damages.
