Authentication of documents

472 Authentication of documents

A document made by WorkCover, other than a document that is required by law to be sealed, is sufficiently authenticated if it is signed by—

(a) the chairperson of the board; or
(b) its chief executive officer; or
(c) a person authorised to sign the document by—
(i) resolution of the board; or
(ii) direction of its chief executive officer.
